What Is Being A Remote Viewer, Really?
Many people mistakenly think that remote viewing techniques involve using the ability to be in two places at once or using some evil tool to achieve the end result of viewing another person, object, or place.
Instead, remote viewing harnesses a form of ESP and your own psychic mind abilities to see what you want to see when you want to see. What happens, essentially, is that the object or person comes to you, instead of you going to a person or object. You can do this just by carefully preparing for what you want to achieve — which is, after all, remote viewing.
Using Your Innate Mind Power
One of the most important concepts to grasp when you?re thinking about using your remote viewing capabilities is that you have an inherent, natural mind power that only needs to be tapped.
For example, did you know that only 10% of our brain on average is used for the activities and things we need it for? Using the remaining 90% of our brain is where our incredible mind power comes into play. Once you can learn how to properly use and control the other 90% of your brain and mind power will you then be able to use remote viewing efficiently.
Accessing Your Remote Viewing Abilities
How do you tap into your abilities with remote viewing, then? There are some remote viewing techniques that will help you become successful in harnessing this most amazing power.
Perhaps the best way to start is to simply go someplace quiet and sit or lie in a relaxing position. For example, sit crosslegged on the floor or lie comfortably on a bed. The place you do this should be quiet and free of distraction.
Second, simply engage in some deep breathing exercises that are calming and relaxing. Inhale and exhale deeply, lightly pressing your tongue on the roof of your mouth as you do so. Focus on each breath; the goal is to clear your mind of all extraneous thoughts.
Third, at least temporarily, suspend disbelief that you think you can’t do this. Even if you can’t permanently change your mind, give yourself a chance to succeed. It’s important that you have belief in order to be successful at doing this. BELIEVE that you can see people, objects and events that you are not in the physical presence of.
Fourth, an easy way to get started on remote viewing is to simply practice seeing yourself, lying there or sitting there on the bed or floor. Imagine that you are sitting in front of yourself, looking back over your shoulder at yourself. This can be difficult to do at first, but keep going; it does get easier.
Once you have successfully viewed yourself outside yourself, try to practice with more challenging remote viewing targets. For example, you can try to view familiar objects, places or people in the house or building you’re currently in. The object here is to build up your belief in yourself, that you can be successful at remote viewing with these more simple exercises; once done come you can move on to more dance exercises.
These remote viewing techniques should help you begin to see remote viewing as a natural, easy process that you have the ability to do. You just have to learn how to tap into it. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you will find that these remote viewing techniques will let you access this ability when you most want or need it.
