Think of an invisible bicycle… now lace your fingers behind your head, then bring the knees in towards the chest and lift your shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on your neck. A good tip to keep you from pulling on your neck is to make a conscious effort to keep your arms perpendicular to your head.

Now you want to straighten out the left leg while at the same time making sure that you are turning your upper body towards the right, and bring your left elbow towards your right knee. You can now go to the other side and repeat. Now you’re riding a bicycle!

Fat Belly Exercise #3: Exercise Ball Crunch

For this exercise you will have to make sure that you have a relatively large exercise ball. Then you just lie back on the ball and do a crunch as you would normally, only you have to balance on the ball at the same time.

A belly fat diet should be done in accompaniment to these exercises, as was said above. The best advice you have to take is to stick to one diet, then do the three fat belly exercises listed above.
